As an academic coach, Hayley approaches her work with students relationally. She believe the key to a successful working relationship is the development of mutual trust and respect.

Hayley is originally from North Carolina, but has lived in Florida for the past seven years where she worked as a high school social studies teacher. For six of those seven years, Hayley taught courses within the Cambridge International program, which allows students to receive college credit for their high school coursework. Hayley can assist students in tackling the demands of challenging course loads.

Currently, Hayley is a Ph.D. student at the University of Wisconsin in the Educational Policy Studies program. While on her own educational journey, she looks forward to guiding other students along theirs.
